I owe no one as I pay my bills on time. Annette Smith called my cell phone from 800-557-2114 her message stated "... Any information obtained will be used for that purpose please return my call at 866-281-4135 please reference account number 105-207-7168 again my name is Annette Smith please return my call at 866-281-4135 thank you..." I am not falling for that scam. You never call back an unknown number so I am blocking of course they will spoof and use a different number but I do not owe anyone for a collection. I am notifying the FTC

Received calls from this number. Thing is each time it only rings twice and stops, not giving me even a chance to pick up the phone. Guess if it was important, it would ring longer, or leave a voice-mail. Caller ID only shows number , and an "unknown" (not that I answer the "unknowns" anyway...).

I get these collection calls all the time. We have had this number now for several months and are still getting calls for Thompsons, father, mother and son....who owe all over! I am sick of these calls and like many others I am on a DO NOT CALL list. What good has it done? NONE!I guess I will show them some little old lady sailor language next time.Heh heh.

I received another call from 866-281-4135 on 12/22/2009 at 12:46 pm with a long pause as if no one will answer and then just as I am about to hang up I hear a recording announcing that she is Annette Smith and asking (no one in particular) to return her call. In the past I have had numerous calls from Annette Smith and it's always the same in reference to asking someone to return the call.

Multiple calls from Annette Smith at this number. We owe nothing, so we're not worried about that, but the calls have gotten extremely annoying. Will take the advice & fax a letter. Hopefully this will make them stop.

My phone rang I answered it and got a recording saying they had been trying to reach me. Well if they were trying to reach me then why didn't they talk to me. I have no outstanding debt. It cost money and minutes to receive these calls on your cell phone.

call came in on my cell # that I have given to only about 5 people. Female who says she is Annette Smith tells me to call back and gives me some phony acct # to relay back to her. Will write to state Attny. General if it continues.

Not answered. Called to my unlisted pay per call cell phone number at private residence. No debts, no unpaid bills, no reason to call. This is the fifth time this number has been called.
