For the last few weeks I have been received unwanted calls from 866 390-6375 twice on 12/22/10 and again on12/19/10. Please put a stop to this, it's annoying.

This number apparently belongs to a person named Brad Booker who claims to be President of Commercial Business...... He states that Jim Wells is no longer CEO .... The calls appear to be coming from Atlanta, Georgia.The best bet is to print it out after reporting the number to 1800 notes and fax it to your Attorney Generals Office.Suntrust is an excellent bank who has not had any bank failures. they have rebuilt many homes that occurred from Hurricane and Natural Disaster relief. I have made contact with My Attorney General and Governor many times... and the home's I ordered for them to build have been done.... So this debt collection agency needs to cease and desist from using 1800 numbers to try and collect debts.

They, SunTrust, just called (Sunday 2 PM) and left a message to call them. I have no idea why and I will not return their call.

Well, I have an overdrawn account that I can't pay back. That's why this number (Suntrust) keeps calling me. I try to tell them that their phone calls don't mean I get more money.

My family members are getting calls saying im getting charged with check fraud . they said i didnt not make the final payments of a loan, i never gotten a loan ! i wasnt even working around the time they said i got the loan so i do not understand why this is happening, the first phone call was at the hospital after i just got done giving birth, i talked to some lady an she was very rude . saying i must know about the loan because someone was making payments , an saying i was going to be in big trouble an i should get a lawyer cause there going to take me to court. i hang up an was very upset. couple months later i looked on my online account an it showed someone deposited 200 into my acount. i never knew .! i remember getting a phone call around the time the money was put into my account saying i was approve for a loan. but i said no because i didnt have a job so i know i wouldnt of been able to pay it back. i got the phone call in august i checked my account in feb after my son was born. so the money that someone put in my account was already gone before i even knew of it ! im worried i might be in trouble for something i never did! and i do not know what to do ! ! ! please help! these phone calls have been going on ever since my son was born so its been about 7 months !

this number keeps calling my minor childs phone...it is a fraud company. They keep harrassing him so I finally just blocked them. FRAUD....
