This is SunTrust Bank recovery department. My phone number is listed as a home number on someone else account. They have removed my number after I told SunTrust I have no affiliation with this person.

How else do you expect them to pull up your info. ..it's on an auto dial system. ..they don't have your account number. ...stop being so difficult

I received a call from 1-888-493-2323 shown as unknown called on my caller ID . In regards to my newly open accounts with distress bank. And stating concerns of a previous account I had with them years ago saying there may or may not be balance due to distrust. Bank and that it possibly could reflect complications with new accounts that he could transfer me to recovery department or give me phone number and I call them in which was the number affiliated with this report. 866-390-6375. Strangely asking me first is there question I had from him to assist me with better banking experience with suntrust bank. I voiced problems currently having totally avoided assisting me regarding my answer to his questions as of. I wasn't even heard as I said them totally ignoring it and pushing to that I had past due debit prior to my previous account. O stated that how could be possible with our my knowledge until now. Claiming not to know if I did. Or didn't I needed to.call thus number and take care this matter.
