Same thing....Friday nite at 9pm! Checked my bank acct and my mortgage pymt was made on time.

Called my husband's work number, which he has had for years. Said they were attempting to collect a debt. We don't even have a Well Fargo mortgage.

I got a call from this number but I don't even have a Wells Fargo mortgage.

Yup - seems to be another fraudulent call. Random debt collection but they don't say who they are or whom they are trying to reach. Hang up!

I called Wells Fargo Mortgage, who verified that the text was from them...even though we do not miss payments, and are not enrolled in any type of mobile alert.I requested that we not receive this type of message again. She said she'd take our number out of the auto-dial system. Hoping that will be the end of it.

Yeah they suck!!! I just got caught up and tried modify four months and they just kept asking me for the same paper work over and over. They ended up changing my modification specialist three times before I was finally able to just pay them. They don't care Wells Fargo is the Devil!

Its wells fargo. They really know how to [***] their customers. Ive already blocked two numbers they use to autodial if your payment isnt made on the 1st of each month. Now I'll be adding this one. But I did call them back, did the last 4 of my social, and spoke to a rep by pressing 0. I told her Im not late, there is a 15 day grace period, that this is a cell phone they are calling and to remove it from their list. Im already a part of the lawsuit (malta vs. WFHM). She tried to tell me why they were calling, and I reiterated, the reason Im calling you is to tell you that you dont have my permission to call me on this number. I pay within the grace period and thats all I have to say! She says the number has been removed, but we'll see. Im never ever doing business with WF EVER again. they have been nothing but a headache for the past 11 yrs!

I've received several calls from this number lately with the message below, but we're ahead on our payments. I have no appreciation for crap like this when I have other things to do and worry about. Pls call Wells Fargo Home Mtg 8663987556. Debt collection attempt; and info provided will be used for that purpose. End alert? Reply STOP. Reply may incur fee.

Wells Fargo calling when you are in the window of payment from the 1st through the 14th - start calling at home work etc. I am ready to move my mtg - this is ridiculous - I have had them for 13 years and they just started this about 4 -5 months ago - very disappointed in this company
