DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? how stupid can people be!! hang up on them!!! GEEZ!

This is a tough one to figure out. I called back on that number (866-422-5871) and i seems to be BofA and it seems to be there Debt Department, but every time I call the regular BofA number the service person says "There is no problem with you account".So have not figured out if this is a true call (with no phone ID = UnKnown) or this is a very elaborate scam.Going to get to the bottom of this one.

I got a voicemail message asking me to return the call. I called the number and as an automated system the automated attendant thanked me for calling Bank of America. The system then asked me to enter my account number, I did this over and over again and got pissed off because the system wasn't accepting my information. The system asked me if I wanted to look up my account via my social security number and that's when I hung up and called the 800 number on the back of my credit card. The person I spoke to said that call could not have been BofA, my account is in good standing and no calls to me are show in my account history. Even if there was no answer, my history log would show that as well.

Continuous phone calls without leaving messages. Don't need this harassment. Would like it to stop.

Called Bank of America home loan department and the rep there said he did not recognize this number and could see no reason in my file why they would be trying to contact me.They must be fairly stupid - they continue calling even 'though they get the tones and number not in service message.

this # called my home phone 4 times today (4/16/14) between 8:40 and 3:17 and 6 times on 4/14/14 - 3 times on 4/12/14. Looks like they call every other day- never leaves a msg- quite annoying

They called and said I was late on my house payment but was wrong about the amount, they said have your check book ready for payment they knew my name and was close to the amount owedi hung up and they called again at 9pm, I said I would call B of A in the morning and they called me at 9 am again I said I don't think so and hung up... next time I will not be so nice

I don't have a acct with boa why do they keep on calling
