Stupid scammers. I NO LONGER HAVE a mortgage with BOA. SOB's SOLD my mortgage five years ago to another company because my dad died and my name was in trust when they scammed US for that 'life/home insurance' offer when we got the loan. Almost lost my house because of these frakers. They wouldn't take my payments, saying I had to wait for the new note holder to contact me. THREE months later they finally get a hold of me with foreclosure papers. HOW THE FRAK was I supposted to pay the loan if NO ONE would take the money! After agreeing to their stupid terms, got it taken care of. I can't even GO by a BOA without feeling Hulk-angry and to get a call from one of their scammers!!!!!

Shoplc. I don’t mind them calling if I have a problem but they called me 3 times in past 3 days to fill out survey they emailed. If I wanted to fill it out, I would have, I don’t need calls, plus I did fill one out but am still getting calls.

Got a letter that said I applied for an AMAZON card. Called the number to inquire what this was for, they started asking for personal information. When I said no they hung up on me.

Scam debit collector. I say 'scam' because I don't have a credit card, loan, lease, tuition, or debit or any kind. I own my home, vehicle, and everything in them. There's not a single reason for a debit collector to be calling me.
