866-464-9480 is a variety of scams including Microsoft technical support and they can also claim that they are Verizon saying that you are eligible for improved Internet service. They just want your credit card number.

Received multiple calls on cell. Have number blocked on two call blocker apps, still gets through. Never leave message, real pain in the butt.

this is a spoofed number, they tried to tell me with very heavy Indian accents that I owe the IRS and if I didn't pay, I would go to jail. i just said, nope. don't think so and hung up.

This number was referenced after our business was called from a supposed "third party" contractor who claimed that they were contracted by So. Cal Edison to shut off our power. We pay automatically so we were suspicious and the person would not say the name of his company. We called this number and was greeted by someone who said So Cal Edison, but also asked us for our account info. We hung up and called the number on our billing statement and confirmed that the number was indeed false. Be careful out there... bottom feeders abound.

Thick Indian accent. Asks to speak to me by name. Calls by name of Allied Interstate.

This number keeps calling at all time during the day and during the weekend for the past several months. I was working from home and accidentally answered the phone ant the Indian guy asked for Mark R ( not going to put Mark's last name here) I told him I didn't know who that was. Now lets see if the calls stop.

I answered and there was a pause and then someone with a foreign accent said hello and when I said hello again, he hung up.

This number called, 2 rings then hangup, no messages. I blocked it.
