Call is from "Card Services". They call to make sure that any recent transactions on you credit card are authorized.

wanted my card number, full name and 3 digit code with a credit union i dont even have an account thru, watch out people!

Left a voice message for my husband & myself. Said it was a fraud issue. Asked me to call. I called 866-518-0213. When I called, they asked for me to enter my phone number with area code. I did. Then they asked for my 6 digit account number. I hung up and called my credit union. Very suspicious.

this phone number keeps calling my cell phone, 5-7 times a day! its an automated system telling me they are calling on behalf of my credit union (which i dont use) then ask for my zipcode then to enter in my account number. i called the number back and it was automated again so i pressed 0 then it rang and took me to a live person and talked to a woman named katie and she asked for my account number. told her to stop calling my number and if they did ONE MORE TIME i would be calling our local police dept and report them for harassment and attempted fraud

Left a message on my phone extension and ask me to call back at this toll free number. I called instead at our credit union and was told to ignore it. Must be a scam!

Your credit union doesn't service your card, a subcontracted financial servicing company does. Your credit union has no information regarding what you have, or have not, purchased on the card. They only know the balance because it is connected to your online banking account balance detail page. That's it. If your credit union actually told you to ignore a call from a financial institution (calling on concern for *your* safety and privacy by the way) you need to look for a new place bank. That is ridiculously reckless advice. Even if they suspected it was a phony call wouldn't they want to look into it for the safety and privacy of other clients? You talked to a dumb@$$ clerk who didn't know what they were talking about who also gave you terrible advice.Call the number on the back of your credit card and ask to speak to their security department. It's that simple.

This number is a company called the Members Group who partners with Financial Institution to mitigate fraud losses. They are trying to validate transactions on your Credit or Debit card to stop fraudulent activity. If you are concerned when you call this number please call the number on the back of your card and speak with the Financial Institution.If they are calling the wrong number then you just need to call so they can update the record/account they are truly trying to reach.

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!They left a message on home phone stating their may be fraudulent charges on my credit card and when I called back - spoke to someone named Matt X6312; they asked to verify credit card number; last 6 numbers of SS#, date of birth. I would not give out any information other than the phone number they called me on.Called my credit card company and they don't use that 3rd party and verified that the number 866-518-0213 was not a company they use.

When you ask your financial institution about the phone call, please make sure that you are asking a person that would know about a fraud monitering company. The average teller or person you would speak to on the phone may not

Please always feel free to contact your credit union...we are 3rd party service provider for them. We are with a company called the members group. They should know who we are.
