Same as previous, said they were 1-800-Flowers. While I did place an order today, the number they left in my voicemail did not match the order number given to me from 1-800-Flowers. Neither this number nor the number they called me from match with the numbers listed on the 1-800-Flowers site.
Received an email saying to call this number. I did place an order from 1-800-flowers, but the recipient nor the order number was not the same as the confirmation email I received from the actual site. Hesitant to call this number back, and no additional charges were applied to my bank account.
Likely a scam. I called 1-800-FLOWERS directly and there was no problem with my order. I am overly cautious and refuse to answer calls from numbers I don't know or that don't provide a name through caller I'd.
I received a call from 800 Service, 844-884-1414, and let it go to voicemail. The message was regarding an order for flowers and directed me to call 866-521-8030. It was a legit call. 1-800-FLOWERS could not fulfill the order as placed because the local florist was closed for vacation but wanted to pass the order on to "their warehouse" in another state. I said to cancel the order and then the person I spoke with offered to take off the delivery cost. I said no I wanted to cancel the order and the person offered to take off half the price of the order. I said again I wanted to cancel the order and it was finally done (I hope).
Called by one number 844-884-1415 to call this number 866.521.8030 after placing order on 1-800Flowers. SCam
Charlie with an accent said he was with 1-800-flowers. The number he called from (844-884-1415) was not the number he gave me to call (866-521-8030) and the order number he referenced wasn't even close to the order number I have from when I ordered flowers ten days ago.
My original message is above. Finally called the number and it really was someone with 1-800-flowers. They cannot fill my requested order. He'll check on it. Six minutes later the line is dead. Phoned again and the second party checked on it. Can't send what I ordered, how about something else? No, thank you. Refund on the way, apology, etc. However, I won't be using them again.
MY call much the same as peter. Got call saying (with a accent) they were 1800 flowers and they could not deliver flowers. that the local florist they used would not answer their call. (strange) Like with peter an apology and discount were offerd but no flowers .This all seams "funny" to me. I would think a company the size of 1800 flowers would have more than one florist in a given area.
