I have no idea whether this is legit or not. I don't think so though. Think this is a scam. Got a call late today 12/31 saying there was a problem with an order. I did order a Christmas gift from 1800Flowers that I have email confirmation was delivered 12/22 as requested. I never heard from the person it was for though yet. She does travel frequently and without much notice so it is possible she went out of town or something and I wasn't aware. I called 1800Flowers customer service 1 (800) 716-4851 directly. They confirmed my order was delivered and saw no issues. I did not call this 866 number back and am awaiting to hear back from the recipient to confirm she got the gift.

Called back. The call is answered by automated message identifying as 1800 flowers but when you are transferred to a person they don't know who you are they try to get phone number birth date name.

Got a call from this number. No message left, so I called back after seeing these comments. I had placed an order today for flowers for my best friend's birthday. they were calling me because the local florist wouldn't accept my "message" since I had two bad words in it. I mean, ridiculous, but whatever. They took out the bad words for me and resubmitted to the florist. Not a scam call, totally legit.

Got a call this morning and no one on the line. Did order flowers last night

We ordered flowers on 1800 flowers last night. Today, I received 2 phone calls from 866-521-8030 regarding my order, and the order # to reference was not close to my actual order. So I looked up the real ph# for 1800 flowers and called it. There was not a problem with my order. Looks like a scam.

Received a call today. Have NEVER ordered flowers from 1-800. Scam. Notice that they are calling before mother's day - not a coincidence since they will likely fool people who did make orders into giving up a credit card number.
