Recorded message asking me to return call regarding a "business matter"--gave a reference number.

UCB they called me contect number 1-866-546-1551.

Called asking me to get in contact with a family member regarding a personal matter but they would not give any details about the matter

They called my neighbor asking that I call them! Who are these people??

They are bill collectors. They say "personal business matter" & you MUST call before 9pm. Okay, I will get right on that. :)

They called my job understanding looking for my boss and i simply asked what did UCB stand for so i can relate the msg to my boss and the man on the phone told me i dont need to know that....so i told him unless he tells me i wont relay the msg and hung up...called back the number and spoke to a manager and told her he was very rude and then she hung up on me stupid b*tch

They call & leave me messages but now they are calling my mom. Really that is not the way to get someone to call them back. They make it sound like they are a law office & I know its a collector because they always go by Mrs. and there last name.Oh and they try to trick you with the numbe my caller ID shower 954 and thats it.

Mrs. Morales called my no. looking for an ex son-in-law. I am on the do not call list.

Ms. Morales called multiple times, leaving a voicemail with ref. number and phone number 866-546-1551. She was looking for a Celina Silvia. Gave me a reference number. I called Thursday explaining I don't know this person - she insisted I did and this was the number she had contacted to reach her. Ms. Morales said she would take my name off the list. However, on Friday I received another call.(answered this time)She asked again for Celina Silvia. And she acted like she had never called my number or talked to me! Very rude and insisted that I identify myself and asked if I knew who they(Ms Morales) was. How the hell am I suppose to know? What do they want?

I reported these guys to the FCC. They use a rouse to try and collect from people. If they are trying to collect from a Bill Barty, they will call everyone in the same area code with the last name of Barty, to try and collect. This VIOLATES FCC RULES.If these guys Call you , Hang up, and report them to the FCC at FCC.gov.
