Received a call this morning from this number with an automated recording stating that my Master Card ATM account has been "Frozen" and to press #3 to speak with a customer service rep. to get it reactivated. Pretty sure that this was a "SCAM" caller due to the fact that I don't have a Master Card ATM account. And the other fact that they didn't identify who they were.
Citi bank legitimate customer service number. BUT CALL THE NUMBER back. Do not just accept what called ID says it is that number because that can be fake.

Caller wanted personal information and claimed to be from some credit company that does not exist.

just got a call from 888-431-7820. Told me I was breach of contract. Very hard to understand the lady. I dont have a contract with anyone that I know of. When I look to see the number call it tells me Claim Services.
