How did they get the mower? Can they just barge onto your property and take it?

Yeah, some nasally, whiney, squeaky-voiced guy name Lou Laretta called me and informed me that they had the right to repossess an item i had already made several payments on. He told me that I needed to pay several thousand dollars to stop any action or else the sheriff's department would notify me of time and date...It just strikes me as absolute B.S. I spoke to the county clerk and they told me that this can only happen under extreme circumstances. This loser is certain to be making commission on the misery of others. If he didn't blatantly lie to me I might have been willing to work out some sort of arrangement. I'm told there's something called the FCPA which regulates little weasels like this guy. I simply don't have the time nor the inclination to lodge a complaint.....My advice is to simply watch out people.

not nice people, they like to make alot of threats. They should be shut down. Talked to a lawyer and he said they will say anything. DON'T listen all bull s***

Lou Lorretta called our house at 7:00 a.m. He woke our 7 month old baby! My husband answered the phone. Lou proceeded with a blatant lie that my mother was a victim of identity theft, and that he desperately needed her telephone number as he had no way to reach her. My mother lives in Florida while I live in Seattle. She has past due bills that have gone to collections. But that is between her and her creditors. How can this company harass my family, who has never co-signed on anything for my mother? The misrepresentation of why he is calling along with the hours really should be illegal

Just got a new cell phone line added to my Verizon family plan for a home business i am starting up. Since getting the phone, I have received ZERO calls related to my start-up however I have received over a dozen calls from all kinds of people. Admin Recovery is one of them. I have no clue what the previous owner of this number has done but its starting to irritate me. I hope this goes away.

Got a call from these jerks, specifically a Mr John Ledeco at " extension 219" concerning a"property Pickup order #254###" Willcall mr Ledeco today to see what the f**k!

They threatend to seize our air conditioning unit and left that message on our answering machine. First, debt collectors cannot take property without a court order and I believe that just the threat is illegal so I too am contacting the FTC.

Steve we are going through the same thing with our moms yard card account. My brother talked her into buying a $5000 lawn mower on the card several years ago with the promise to make the payments. He paid a few then quit and sold the dang thing for $1000 and pocketed the money. My mother continued to pay until the balance was $3500 and then she could not pay because she got sick. Now Admin is threatening to report the mower stolen and all parties involved would go to jail, including my 75 year old mother. If what you said about the secured loan is the case then she is screwed. Please let me know how your case turned out.

Persistent unwanted caller named Steve from Edmond Recovery ext 273

This place will break every law they can to get your money.They just had New York State Attorney General in the office.If you look alittle, you will find that it is same people from Creditors Interchange.They will not and can not come to you and take your property. Call your attorney then call state of new York attorney general and file a report.
