I got a call from this number this morning, looked it up here and then called Progressive. This is not a number from Progressive. They will never call you and ask you to supply your personal information. Block this number.

This is a legit Progressive call. I asked for the reps name and told them that I would call them back directly via their 1-800-progressive number. When I called back (from a different phone), they were able to confirm via their call log that they had called me, who I had spoken with, and for how long. They were just asking me to log into the website and confirm my new address

I did not answer this call...no message left.

I confirmed this call was legitimate with Progressive. I gave my birthday and driver's license number to the caller, then was suspicious as soon as I hung up. I called Progressive (1-800-Progressive) and they confirmed that my driver's license had been updated today in their system. They also confirmed that they routinely do calls like this prior to a policy renewal (sometimes more than a month in advance) to ensure the new quote for renewal is up to date and accurate. ...Phew!

I called Progressive after receiving a message stating it was them and reading these comments. It is in fact Progressive, and for my reason, I was still under my policy listed with a Commercial License from another state, so the mistake was corrected when I called 1-800-Progressive.

It is not Progressive though they claim to be. It is a phishing scam. I called Progressive immediately after I got a call wanting my DOB and last four social which I did not give and they said they had no record of needing any information from me.

Received a call from this numer at 7am....nope. Not ever.

Had 3 calls from this number today today, 9:30am, 12pm, and then 7:15pm. Left a voicemail on the 3rd call, claiming to be Progressive (my insurance company) lising my name and my wife's name, with instructions to call them back and an access code.I decided to call Progressive directly (number on their website) and ask if it was them. They said based on my account, they had no reason to call me, and was likely a scammer. Promptly blocked the number.

Called twice. No message. Based on people's comments I logged onto progressive website. Everything is in order, no outstanding bills or messages. This is a scam as far as I'm concerned. A legitimate call would have left a message.
