I rec'd multiple calls from this same person

This dude was a complete Bozo!!!Lol First he called the wrong number asking for someone else when leaving the voicemail.And at the beginning of his message he was whistling and singing,then went into his spiel about being from the courthouse and then saying "Okay Mr. (Whomever) You want to play games with the courthouse?You and Mrs. (Whomever) you just got criminal charges pressed against you."And then hung up.Whoever is running this circus of a company needs to hire some better clowns and chimps to do their juggling and horseback riding.And I sure whoever this Hardgrave that's calling people sounds like he has a 8th grade education,because he could even speak in a proper sentence!!!Lol Playing games with the courthouse!!!

Mr. John Hargraves of American Elite called me seven times today and left a message with my mother; He has ALL of my personal information and he was somewhat rude. He referred to a debt with Spotloan. He said that a forceable recovery, authorities coming to my home and employer, criminal record, a lien on my home and more would occur today after 4:30pm if I didn't respond.

Received call from a 'John Hargraves '. Caller # = 888.834.6735. Said call him back at 866.874.6015. We dont answer or return unknowns. This occurred several times over a period of time. We didnt call back. We have a power point system that tracks our 'calls'. Finally the other day he leaves a lengthy voicemail describing one of our relatives ( by name) to which we have no such relative is about to be arrested for a number of criminal charges. Said he's with the ******** Federal County Court House. An investigator. Even gave a claim number. Our small family & extended family are like Ozzie & Harriet or the ' Cleavers '. No issues. Boring. Message included my spouses name and other personal info. It was quite convincing. How he came up with all this information is beyond me. We're extremely private. Neither of us even use SOCIAL MEDIA ! Our LAN line & cell phones are private. Few people have our numbers. Against all reason I call. We just wanted to tell him he must have the wrong people and that we would be of no help. His conversation became threatening, abusive, angry, hostile. We had a disconnect and thinking my chin accidentally disengaged the call I called back ( stupid me ) 3 times to square up with him to no success. He must've blocked me ! I feel like such an idiot for even initiating contact with this loser. In all my years. Unbelievable. Never will I do this again. My question is this. What's his angle ? What's he trying to do or benefit from this ? He threw out supposedly the last 4 digits of a Social Security number . Wasn't correct but we froze our credit with the 3 credit bureaus AND notified the Federal Trade Commission. Good luck to all.

Irate guy claiming to send sheriff to my home. He ia

This man called with the name John Hartgrove called my job with saying he's calling from the cook county sheriff department. He said both my married and maiden name

Just received a call froom this number and a guy by the Name of John Hargraves called my auntie and uncle with theie social security number. None of my information is tied to my aunt and uncle so I googled the 1-866-874-6015 number and now I see that it's a scam/fraud. BE CAREFUL.

Received a call from this man says his name is John Margraves, head of fraud and litigation department, said that me and my husband had a bad check from 2012 with our bank, before I called him back, I called my bank and they informed me that tis was a scam call. I called the guy back, he got irate with me, said he was going to call my job and send sheriff to pick me up at work. He also had both of our social security numbers and other personal information. Please be careful what information you put out there, these guys are good at what they do and they can get any kind of information they want jus by searching you on the internet.

This man, John Hargraves, contacted me today claiming to be with the Volusia County Sheriff's Office. He said that I had an outstanding debt with a company called Spotloan, which is not true. Though I had this debt in the past, it has since been paid off in full. He threatened legal action to the point of extradition to my former state. I hung up on him after he changed his story, claiming to be with a fraud and litigation division of the law offices of American Elite. The scary part is it that he knew everything about me. If you receive this call, report to FTC and freeze your credit report.

JOHN HARGRAVES CALLED MY CELL PHONE AND MY PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT WANTING TO KNOW WHY I WAS AVOIDING EVANS COUNTY COURTS. HE ALSO STATED THAT HE WAS GOING TO SEND THEM TO MY ADDRESS. THIS IS A SCAM. I GET CALLS LIKE THIS EVERY YEAR AROUND THIS TIME.
