yeah they just called me today which is sunday i didnt answer when i called back the number it said please call back during normal business hours!!!! If they call me it should be during normal business hours why are they calling outside normal business hours. I have answered my phone for them also my insurance was cancelled also their saying i owe 119 dollars their not getting any money from me now that i see what everyone is saying!!!! Be Ware!!!!!

I recieved a call, automated stating it was "Credit Collection Services"

I also am getting some phone calls and a letter stating that I owe nationwide insurance $94 dollars and some change. I disagree with this because I went ahead and got new insurance coverage through a different company. They were gonna cancel me so why in the heck do they still think I owe them money!!!! I wish that I could get this stuff straightened out. I will give the office name and number if anyone wants to know. It to is an Arkansas office.

If it's who I think it is, it's another insurance scam. These guys signed up a policy under my name without a signature or anything. When I called to cancel the policy and notify them of the fraud, they said it was taken care of and they'd refund my money. They refunded it and now claim that I still owe them for half of it. Buncha crooks...

CALL IS ON AUTO DIAL, FROM A CREDIT COLLECTION AGENCY KEEPS CALLING YOU HAVE TO CALL BACK AND ASKED TO BE REMOVED, BUT THEY CALL YOU 1 MORE TIME TO CYCLE THE AUTO DIALER,,, SUCH A PAIN

Received "official" sounding recorded message which contained warnings about the message containing private data and an attempt to collect unpaid debt (I have none!). Instructed me to go to a web site www.warningnnotice.com and enter an 11 digit record number. I'm assuming it is some sort of scam, so will not go to the website.

The co. calling from 866-945-4973 and also 301 area code is CCS, a debt collection agency out of Needham, MA. Farmers screwed me over quoting and setting up my insurance for a certain price then came back and almost doubled the amount going to be due each month, then they cancel the policy re-write it and I went back to my old insurance agency that is awesome! and Farmers sent what they say I owed once they did all of their crappy adjustments to a collection agencie CCS. I finally set up a P/A w/CCS because they will NEVER stop calling you if you don't. Its really annoying that they put my number on the AUTO DIALER. I mean c/mon I set up a P/A that has not faltered and now I'm on the Auto Dilaer. It's driving me crazy. Anyways you can also view CCS on the web and such if you want to know more but if you don't call them back they WILL keep calling you.

Nationwide has done the same thing to me. I cancelled after the first month and they have sent my account (for the remaining 5 months) to collections. Now I have to go through so much to get this straighten out.

I am continually getting calls from this number, 866-945-4973..."no name given". These calls come at ALL different hours and ALL different days, EVEN ON SUNDAYS. I have no idea who these people are!! They are using my prepaid cell phone number and I want them to stop it!! Can anything ever be done to put a STOP to this nonsense????

I keep getting a recording that says someone owes money and if it's not me to call to have my number removed, but when I call, they just put you on hold and never answer.Their website has no way to remove the # either.I just got this number, I am not who they are looking for and they want to annoy me with their calls.If it doesn't stop, I'll file a complaint with the BBB and consumer affairs and attorney general.
