yeah, so i'm with koodo mobile... didn't answer the number... but that was the number that called. it's kooodoooooooo!
This is KOODO. We don't have one of their phones but they have called repeatedly. I tried to do a nice thing to call back and let them know they have a wrong number. Got some idiot in their call centre that really did not care and could not be bothered to follow up and take me off of their deadbeat list.They keep calling -- what an awe inspiring customer relationship management system they are running.
Yes, I am also being repeatedly called by Koodo and I have never had an account with them. You would think that they would know which phone numbers they own and which they don't? I'm with WIND. I wish they would stop calling.
They called via autodialer about ten times during the noon hour EST. Even using the number they dialed, they couldn't tell me squat about my supposed account. Maybe a deceptive practices complaint at the Competition Bureau is appropriate...
