It is what you make it people.... I have been a Telus mobility customer for 21 years and have been totally satisfied throughout. Not only have i never paid for a phone since the first one, i have had a couple of phone problems mid-term, and because of my loyalty, I still have never been charged for a new phone. And by the way, each time i upgraded to the most technologically advanced phone they offerred. If i feel there is a better plan or deal on a plan out there, all it takes is one phone call and Telus does everything they can to sweeten my plan and make me happy. I get a Christmas gift from them every year as well. Chocolates, headphones, hands free, etc.Complain all you want about Telus. I expect you probably complain just because you can anyway.
Telus employs thousands of people across Canada. What do you do for people? You do nothing, you're a loser that offers the world nothing but negativity.
I have been with Telus for more than 5 years with no real issue. You people have to get a life and find something else worth bitching about... the call from Telus costs you nothing. Is it so hard to ignore the call? Grow up and stop acting like the self centered, self serving, self important dicks you seem to be...
They keep trying to call me at work... I can't answer it to talk to them ever and tell them not to. So what do I do?
Please, stop calling and calling and calling again. Just don't know why. Imagine, around 25 call per day. I'm never answering in the day, while I'm working... you should see what it looks like on my phone at the end of the day. Amazing!
I agree with you, just block them if you have that option on your home phone service. If you are getting pestered at yoru cell number, there is not much you can do about that at this point, that's the way the NPA-NXX of cell numbers work, and has been that way since their inception in 1985.If you have a credit issue with them, just call them and talk. Worst thing you can do is to NOT talk with them, this will simply piss them off and then you get even more frustrated. You don't want them sending your info to the credit bureau if you're thinking of changing service providers, since that could mean a hefty security deposit on signing with the new carrier; or worse. Meanwhile, they have just caled me on a Sunday and not left a message. I will take this up with their Customer Service department tomorrow. I advsie you all to do the same.
You should not spread such BS on the 'net. Unless you actually do work for the fulfillment part of the house.
So I have twin babies and don't sleep a lot , I received a call this morning and was out of it and I guess the person on the other end realized it and hung up without talking with me ! Now it's one thing to wake me at 7 am but when you wake my twins watch out , especially as we just got them back to sleep. I called *611 from my cell to talk with customer service and ask they never bother me again and that I'm capable of looking into different plans etc. if I'm interested I will let them know. Not less than 3 hours later do I get a call at my office while I'm with a client from the 1877 number again not only to my cell but to. Y landline as well !! Upset with this I dial back *611 to report this and the woman on the phone told me that the 1877 number was in fact not Telus at all and some sort of Internet scam , I told her I had called the number back and it was a Telus number she again reiterated that this isn't them.So either she was lying which makes me that more peeved with Telus or it is a scam either way I'm not impressed. I think that it was probably a lie though.
