Russian Mafia perhaps. Do not get fooled, never give out your information, especially over the phone. You will be ripped off. 100% a SCAM-SCAM-SCAM-SCAM.

scam.. if it was legit they would not call you for the length of time they have been calling, nore would it be legal. 100% scam just after your "ID"
