CID Out of Area: Robo call, EOCCA debt collector

I asked what this company does and they would not tell me unless I confirmed my DOB these people are attempting to be compliant but did not follow the laws by notifying me that this was a collection matter at the start of the phone call even when I asked. These people will not be receiving any of my money due to the fact that they were rude and I did speak to a supervisor. Said they handled a lot of business related matters but would not give an example. These people are jokes. Do not pay them without correct documentation

Got a phone call from this number this morning - missed the call and called them back. They asked me for my information and I asked them who they were and what they were calling about. She wouldn't tell me and I wouldn't give any other information. She then told me what my son's name was and wanted to know what his DOB was - the lady I spoke to seemed like she had all of this information on my son that she got from her "client" - don't give them any information!!

Is there any way I can report on this fraudulent caller?

This people call asking your DOB. without identify who are them. They are very rude and uneducated people.They have no right to ask for personal information without identify FIRST WHO are them.

These people were rude and asked for information and I asked who they were and refused to give information till they told me who and what the call was for and then was told it was about a "personal matter" I told the woman I am not giving you any information till I know who I am talking to and why. Then she said she would note my refusal to comply, then hung up.When I called them to find out who they were they gave me two different company names and were even more rude. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFO!!!

this just happened to me. My son is not of age to be having any debt either....DONT give any information!!!

Just gotta a call from this number. They want my DOB to tell me the purposes of the call. I told them nooo sorry if you are calling me then u should know it.Recibí una llamada de este numero. May be a debt collector but seemed fishy, could be a scam. Don't trust them.Called in hopes of confirming my personal information, didn't have people skills was moribly vage but obvious they wanted to speak to me.Wouldn't tell me who they were but they did say the company name when I answered "Transit....(something)" just couldn't make it out. Don't give your information.

I received a call from this number. They were rude and Asked me for my DOB. I said Idk who you are or why you are calling..they said they are EOSCA AND CAN'T TELL ME WHY UNTIL I GIVE THEM INFO. When I refused not knowing why they are calling. They said we have all you info in front of us already. .I did not give them info and they said they will get a hold of me another way
