Yes it is FOR Pay Pal. They keep calling saying I owe. Just now over 800.00 for money refunded for an ipad I Sold. SCAM!!! I HAVE NEVER EVEN HAD an ipad let alone selling one!!!! The last time they called and I answered they told me it was OVER 1000.00!! WTF?! SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!

I keep getting calls on my landline as well as my cell from this number. No answer either. Is this a scammer? Shows as a toll free call.

I get calls 5 times a day so I called this number and it is from PayPal and I found out my cell number I got in June belongs to someone named Robin who I guess was in a financial mess with them. The person I talked to said I should not receive any more calls. Well, guess what, next day I received 4 calls from them. I'm getting sick of it and when I do pick up, no one says anything. if this continues I will talk to law enforcement and see what can be done.

It was Paypal Collections saying I had a balance of $59 or so, which is funny cuz I haven't used my PayPal account in almost a year. I pulled up my account right then and told him I was looking at it and my balance is $0.00 and he put me through to a department he kept forgetting the name of. I ended up being on hold for about two minutes while I Googled the phone number and found these posts! Thanks you all.

This is absolutely Paypal. I called back this # just now and it said Paypal. When I let him know that the person who had the account was not with us any longer, the guy said to remove the # from the calling list.

This number calls all hours of day and night, It is a fraud and a scam.

they call saying i money to pay pal, and i did not have money my account, want me to gave them money out of my card. check my card and still had a large sum, they are trying to seal money out my card, DO NOT gave them your card number.
