A live person called and asked to speak with my father regarding a personal business matter. I told her he retired and does not do business anymore. I asked her what this was about.She wouldn't tell me. Only my father or someone with power of attorney.She said her name was Anna Trella.Sounds like a total scam, since she was so secretive about the subject she was calling about.
A live person who could not speak english called and stated I owed a bill for my deceased husband. They wanted me to pay over the phone. I called the hospital billing department that they said they represented, and the hospital said the bill was paid via medicare and secondary insurance - I did not owe anything. I am getting calls from these stupid people very month.
