Its not a scam it legit if you forgot to or did not pay your pay your bill for the Shell Card. if you do not have an account with them call the number back and let them know that this is not you and they WILL remove you from the list! I hope this helps you guys
Constantly calling. Leaves messages to call about my citi bank account. I don't have a cute bank account
Multiple times a day receiving calls from this number. I blocked the number thru my cell. They leave automated vm sometimes stating its not a sales call and an associate will be on the line to help me shortly. Then a few seconda later and foreign speaking person repeatedly says my name and hello. Over and over. Dont they get that it's a vm. Obviously many times they have people just listening n not speaking back. Why else would they do that. Either way, I dont have a Citi bank credit card. I don't own any but one that's thru ford credit. It was the last payment n it was late. I'm thinking maybe this scam could get info from other company card acctss when theyre late paying and that's their IN to get in touch with you and try to get your info to steal your identity/money. I would just simply pay to the company directly to which you owe. If you need to talk to someone call the number attached to the card you have. Dont trust any incoming calls. Plain and simple.
I thought it was a scam call..avoided answering it for 3 days.... then I realized it was Citibank calling about my Office Depot card..lolI totally forgot to pay it online this past month.... so it is not always scammers... ooops... my bad.very annoying but avoidable if you pay your bill on time:)
The automated message claim to be Citi bank wanting me to return their call. I don't have any Citi bank accounts, havent had any for 10+ years and none at the number they are calling me at. I have all missed calls recorded..

Claims to be from a roofing team. Somehow knows real name and city. I keep getting texts like this from different numbers, they stop responding when I ask how they have my number.
