They robo call us at least 10 times a day on our home phone, cell phone and my wife gets them on her work phone. We heard it is illegal and they are filing a Class Action Law Suit against them..
I get these calls MULTIPLE time a day, EVERY day on our main phone line. I work for the department of corrections so I don't think it is a debt collector.. I answer and there is NEVER anyone on the other end.
No it is NOT A LEGITIMATE BUSINESS! They have rung our corporate number over 30 times. NOT ONCE HAS THERE BEEN ANYONE ON THE OTHER END!!!
I have started getting multiple calls from this number. They never leave any message and after reading some of the comments above, I want to say I have never had an overdraft in my account. I do not have negative balance either. I would check on the bank website for messages there in my account before I would ever answer the phone. It is not a number for wells fargo. I checked pretty thoroughly on their site.
FArgo starts calling before 8am & doesn't stop until after 8pm. I've told them to close My account & I will try to repay what I owe. After that all they did was hang up once I answered.
Wells Fargo is a one of those banks that stays in your pocket. Debited my account $100 when there was no money in there - they can kiss my [***] for the money. This is nothing but bank fees. I refuse to pay them for racking up fees. Not a DEBT just a money grubbing bank that was BAILED out.
