This is somewhat true but in a few years you can reopen or start a new account. I use to collect for wells Fargo and they will give customers a second chance. The statute of limitations in California is 4 years, after the four years are up you are no longer liable to pay the bill.
Don't lie and say they cant get any account with any institution. They still can...trust me not every bank uses Chexsystems....but they should pay their bill off...but don't lie and say they wont be able to open an account anywhere else
Constant calls from 7am, but hangs up when answered. We have never banked with Wells Fargo.
Although I have this phone number blocked they have been calling my phone for another person for the past 6 months DAILY!!! I've never banked with them and the person they're trying to reach I don't know. But they still call anyway.
I am not a member of Wells Fargo, and never have been. My phone # is "tied" to its previous owner. I never answer and now I know why I won't.
If they are legit then they should answer or leave a message like normal businesses. Block
It is not Wells Fargo! I called WellsFargo and they said it is not them, but people trying to get your information. Do not give any information!!! If you think it is Wells Fargo, then call Wells Fargo or go into the bank itself, but do not call the number they used or left for you to call. Protect your self from scammers.
