They call and they hang up... I have tried to pick up but when you say hello there is no one there. Even if someone owes them money - that's harassment. If someone says hello they need to reply. Many people are at work, and if your phone keeps going off with no one on the other end, bosses get kind of upset. I worked an event and had two accounts going with them - THEY paid out of the wrong account on something and it made like 5 checks bounce. They sent an apology letter it's their fault etc and they are fixing it. They fixed 4 of the 5 - one still remains - but if they don't say hello when I do I can't even tell them what happened or send them a copy of the apology letter from their own bank telling me that they took the money out of our petty cash account by mistake instead of the other account... the other account had more than enough money in it. We fought with them for 3 months to get them to rectify their mistake... now - two years later they are calling again ... this is frustrating... I will never bank with them again..................
Just got a call from them. Never had a bank account with them, have only recently moved back to the country after years out.
Maybe it’s all the people the screwed over that closed there accounts pulled out the money and pending transaction closed after lmao . That’s what Wells Fargo gets for screwing the people over for millions
About a year ago I did something stupid. I had an overdraft debt from wells fargo so I assumed this was legitimate. I gave then half of what I owed using a parent's debit card...lo and behold about once every 2 months starting like half a year ago my parent's acount is hit with massive fraud. Mostly thousands $ in netflix accounts. I cant prove the 2 are linked...but come on. I still get 4 calls a day, never a message.
They call my phone 2-3 times a day and when I finally get mad and answer there is nobody there. If it is a legitimate business call they should leave a voicemail.
They never leave a message i see people saying it's Wells Fargo I've never backed with them so they could leave a message so they can call someone else
