Keeps on calling me at my job. I have never given anyone my job's phone number. I will report them to the Fcc. Also in spite of the fact that I told them not to call anymore they keep on doing it
This number called me at work several times, contacting me about student loans...seemed to know when my last payment had been made, birthday, last 4 of social...told him I was at work and that I was busy...guy wouldn't take no for an answer started getting pushy asked when I could call back said I wasn't sure...he started getting angry and I told him I had to go and hung up....very upset about it told him not to contact my office again but he seemed to ignore that request....we will see if he calls again.
ME too! They just called my office and were super sketchy. I told them never to contact me again and that they seemed super sketchy. I have NEVER given out my work number to anyone ever, the call came up listed with a local number but the man "Jason" wanted me to call 877-721-9336...I told them I would not be calling and to never contact me again.
Much like the rest of your posts, I have fallen to their debt collection practices. Protect your social media accounts, do not list your employers information anywhere. David Pizarro from Asset Debt Recovery Solutions used my LinkedIn profile to find my employer and called. I was so upset. They were trying to get me to commit to paying off an old student loan. I told the collector I was still in school and was not going to pay anything. I am so over it.
Darius Davis has been calling my cellphone and job repeatedly. Informed them that I would continue to take care of my loans through Navient. Several months later he calls insisting that im not paying the only active loan I've had with Navient. The website and customer service agent confirmed that my account is current and that they do not know who this company or person is. I advise everyone to do their own research, the caller does sound convincing as they have all your personal information, but regardless of the status of your loan its always best to pay the original servicer if possible. The customer service agent told me that Navient would not hire anyone to collect on my loans unless they were in default, in which the US Dept of Education would send me a letter informing me of this. Do not pay these scam artists a penny.
