These tools called my job asking me to verify information, which I DID NOT DO! After refusing they told me that if I don't verify, it can go the hard way or the easy way. I immediately hung up because ain't no way I am going to take any threat from no one in 2025.

Low life debt collector using caller id Spoof to make them seem local. They buy old debts they can not legally collect on for pennies on the dollar and try to scare you into paying even if you dont owe

I want to know what company this is because they have been calling family members telling them they are calling for me for a debt that I owe. This company is looking up people who may be related to you and calling them telling stranger your information. I have never gotten a call from this number before. How are they allowed to get away with this?

I just got a call ...read my post. Said their web site is WWW. Privacy defence-360.com.Said they will protect all my accounts and credit cards up to 250,000.00. Her name was Mary at 877-871-1295. Scam big time!

Update! This number has called my family for the 2nd time now and informed them that they were the IRS . The person they talked to told them that I didn't live at that number and they gave them my number and they told my family that it is not the number they were given , so instead of calling the number they gave them they keep calling harassing them. They have never once tried to contact me either by phone or mail.

I received a harassing phone call at my work today from Asset Recovery. I contacted my student loan lendor approximately two weeks ago to get information on paying on a debt, something i have interest in paying. While I am modifying my other student loans, this loan that has gone to Asset Recovery is a private student loan. I have not made any arrangements with Asset as I am working out other things, so I can get to Asset in a few weeks. I called to get INFORMATION, not so that I would now be harassed at my JOB. I cannot believe they would harass me at work, I do not want them to contact me again at my job, and if this continues I will have to cease all contact and not bother with this at all. Let an attorney deal with this. Unbelievable.

(877)721-9336 belongs the student loan department at "ARS" Asset Recovery Solutions. They only work on Sallie Mae loans appearently. To ensure that this was the correct agency hired to collect on my student loan i called Sallie Mae directly at (888)272-5543. Sallie Mae's number had me put in my social and i was transferred directly to "ARS". They were indeed the agency hired to collect on 2 of my private loans (totaling over $6000), i requested an email for an offer they made and I settled both loans for a little over $1400. All in all i had an positive outcome. 1. Call Sallie Mae and make sure this is the agency hired to collect your loans2. Make sure to get a letter if you are settling your loans

This number has been calling multiple family members about student loans through a computerized message system supposedly offering a reduced payoff. Do not give ss # like I did. Big scam! They are not native speakers of English. ..
