These calls are coming up to three times a day at our office. The person that they're asking for has been dead for six years. the message is asking me to call 1-877-855-1624, it is a very important matter and wages for this deceased person will be garnished. I am trying to call them back to let them know that they're absolutely wrong in calling our office, but after ringing several times, a message comes on that the voice mailbox you are trying to leave a message on is full, and the line disconnects.

I received a message from a Maria of D& R Recovery and left this number 877-855-1624 on my work number stating that they had a wage garnishment order and that I should call her back to discuss my options. I have not called her back,.............but I intend to call her back and tell her what HER OPTIONS ARE IF SHE CALLS MY WORK PLACE AGAIN.

They've started calling my office too... I let everyone (including the owners of the company) know who they were and what they were threatening to do... another co-worker has this same problem and sued the debt collectors (the Indians called her too, but she sued the Tri-Fi people in Buffalo NY and she won). She's given me all the numbers and email addresses to the AG's offices as well as the FTC and the Secret Service (yep! the secret service)... They try to be intimidating and scary and it's just stupid. I will never send them a dime.. and let them even think about garnishing.... I'll have a lawsuit slapped to them so fast it will knock their teeth out of their heads...

I have been getting harrassing calls from a Miss Enzo at 877-855-1624 x 227 of DNI Recovery the same set up as above they are going to garnish my wages - that I took out a payday loan in 2005 and the account was closed. I have the same checking account as I did in 2005, I never took out a payday loan and I have asked from some sort of documentation with regards to this loan. I have given my fax number as well as my e-mail address and was not provided with proof that a loan was ever taken out.They call my work, the left a message with a co-worker that my pay was going to be garnished - how do I handle these calls?Barbara

YES MY PALCE OF BUSINESS WAS CALLED AND THEY THREATNED TO GARNISH WAGES AND THAT THEY WANTED TO SEND PAPERWORK. WELL MY WIFE CALLED AND THEY WANTED MY SOCIAL SECURITY NO. CONFIRMED, WELL MY WIFE SAID HELL NO AND THEY NAMED OFF A ADDRESS THAT WAS NOT EVEN MINE. IT IS A SCAM, BECAUSE FOLK HAVE TRIED TO SCAM ME BEFORE AND IT WAS THE SAME PATTERN, TRYING TO GET MY SOCIAL.

I was just wondering have they tried to garnish your wages? I just refused to pay because they are so full of it and what they say doesn't make any kind of since.

Well Pink here it is a few months later and DNI recovery decided to call back...this time it was check fraud again but it wasn't my name they left message for on my VM...their so stupid they dont even know who they're calling....previous to this call today a few weeks ago I started getting calls from a different number and they were claiming to be DC Financial Svc and were talking about the 25 % wage garnishment...they sounded alot like the first group calling that was supposed to be Ezelle Williams and Associates....It seems like for me they call a one or two days in a week then it will be at least another 2-3 weeks before i get another call. You would think after 4 months of no answers and no callbacks they would give it up

These people have called my job and left a message about garnishment. I originally received a call and was told that I was speaking to a detective and that they were coming to arrest me all the way from Florida. I asked them what company took out the arrest on me and they wouldn't give any information, so I told them that they (Indians) can give that information to me or my local police department. They changed their tune and gave me some cash advance company I've never heard of... I've never heard of the company (United something or other) and ask them to provide the paperwork, which I've never received. Today (11-22-2010) I received a call and a message left from 972-734-5400 to call 877-855-1624, a Mrs. Styles. Someone mentioned on an earlier post that these people are pulling information from a previous pay loan and what their doing is a fraud and not to mention "illegal".

Nicole,After reading your post it sounds exactly what these clowns have been doing to me for months now.It all began last year, Ezell Williams & Associates called threatning abour wage garnishment - I know it was a SCAM from the onset - since there was no judgement presented to our office for an order of wage garnishment. They call every 2-3 weeks apart with the same script. I thought I was rid of them but NO a month or so later they re-surfaced this time as DC Financial Services - same thing wage garnishment blah blah blah .... I haven't heard from them again until today - as DNI Recovery but now it's for check fraud.. on the federal level (WHAT?) call back within 5 days ... etc.. All I can say, Chantelle Dickey is at it again... google her name and you will come across some interesting information. There is a website called www.collectiontechnology.net where these "so-called" collectors buy and sell consumer information - even that website is calling her a FRAUD.... Well, let's wait and see when the next call can be..... I am now reposting to the proper authorities in my state since they are now claiming to be a Federal Agency!!!!

Do not owe this money ansd do not have time to be bothered with these folks
