Interesting to read through pages of complaints dating back THREE (3!!!) calendar years (2008-) all with the same issues, with customers/call recipients being told Sears will look into it/fix it/investigate it/change it.Three years.Called their customer advocacy number as detailed above and got told the same thing... and we're now well into 2011. What gives?

they have called ever day several times a day for weeks they wont stop even after ive ask. I have never bought anything from sears, help

When Sears is going to close several stores in Toronto, you know what is the writings on the wall. So, when I shop around for a snow blower yesterday, needless to say, I brought it from somebody else ---- a Toro and not a Mastercraft.They quoted me a price of $12,000 for an extended warrenty for my Kenmore central air-conditioning system which is about five years old! I do not know if they are joking or not. I can buy two new air conditioners with that money.However the price they quote for my washer-dryer seemed reasonable. I will visit their stores in the next few days ---- if they are still operational.But why do they hide their telephone number on the caller-ID? Other reputable companies I deal with (from Future Shop to auto-mechanics) always show their business name on the phone.

Called us 5 times now within 10 days even though their number is blocked. If this is truly Sears calling about warranty, I hope Sears is reading these reports because I won't ever buy another product from Sears as a result of this annoying telemarketing - that's the honest truth. Never again will I shop at Sears. The only company that comes close to being worse than Sears in terms of aggressive telemarketing like this is The Brick. They, too, lost all of our future business.

Called three time in one day, no one there.

...we could all join up and all call their business fax lines randomly pressing buttons on the phone and occupying their lines messing up their faxes..

This num calls me like four to six timea a day...all hours between 7am - 9pm... It is annoying

I just emailed Sears the following on Nov. 19-2013 and I will share their reply with you, if I receive one: I have been receiving calls from 1-877-889-2024. I googled and people are complaining that it is Sears. The problem is that no message is left and when you call back, it says "you have dialed a number that is not available from your calling area". Hunh? It's an 877 number and it's happening across Canada. Is this even legal for Sears to do? Can't you even leave a message that says "You have reached Sears. We were trying to call for x reason. If you no longer wish to receive calls, press #"?Please confirm if this is Sears calling and if so, remove me from you calling list. (phone number listed) or you've lost a customer.Your reply will be shared.
