Just got a call from this number. I didn't answer and no message. I have never had an account with this bank. Never give anyone you SS number over the phone

No, no, no, and no. Scam, scam, scam and scam.

ok. They did leave a message. They want me to cal back, says i qualify for a lower interest rate. I don't have that bank

I tried a different approach. I went to the Woodforest main website. This number is their national toll free number. However, I still have had absolutely no dealings with them. First of all no bank calls to inform you of an overdraft without you calling them initially. They charge the account an overdraft fee and send a notice. And they never request SS numbers. If you can't get customer service to stop these calls, I suggest you hit them in the wallet.Call the toll free number, but select the loan department. When they answer, explain to them that you've tried customer service and it didn't work. Say that you will continuously call other departments and people until the calls stop. Loans and investments are where banks make their money. Tie up these lines and it affects their wallet.

This number was on my phone. I do have an account with Woodforest Bank and am having with a problem with my account. It is about being over drawn, so I am sure it is legitimate

I do not now, nor have I ever had an account with this bank. It is not even in my state. They call me multiple times a day and leave a blank message. Annoying!!!

At one location any under 5.00 would not get you a overdraft fee. My was 1.45 and they charged me 29.00 fee. Mansel road has a very nasty mgr and can never keep employees. I'm writing the occ about them with 2 accounts!

Just got a call from this number. They left a voicemail message almost 2 min long. When I listened to it all I heard was a lot of static noise and music. I do bank with them but my acct is not negative. Before this call I did receive several emails from them in regards to my debit card and what may have been fraudulent activity but have yet to verify that it's true. Be cautious!
