I just noticed under MKB that since April someone got my personal acct # and is withdrawing $ 44.95 monthly for a Purchase I made? Storage, what storage? How does this happen? I knew nothing about the one cent try out. I only get 2or 3 cent from my bank. I am not rich and have cancer and not supposed to get upset. Karma to who ever is doing that. It is under a old email. I have a newer computers and it fallowed me. I have to go to the bank and file a dispute and call the better business report and the police on this company. I wonder if it is a inside job? I read already 150 people been screwed. No wonder it takes forever to answer the phone. This adds up to $ 404.00 for no Purchase, only stress. I feel my privacy is invaded. Lord help me straighten that out.

Just caught this scam and calling my bank now

I check our bank account every 2-4 days. Missed this one ! MKB started taking 44.95 out of our checking acct last May (right after the .01 deposit ! Now it's November. I only caught it 2 wks ago that it's been going on for 6 mos. Yes feeling stupid.Spent 2 hrs on the phone with our bank & we have no alternative but to freeze our checking account so as not to forfeit the right to protest the scam. Called MKB in late Oct & We were supposed to get an email that the "acct" was cancelled with MKB but never got it. In the phone call to MKB, the person was able to look up my email with nothing else but my HUSBAND's NAME !!! We are sooo careful with everything and cannot imagine how they got our checking account info AND the email address . Now, we have auto payments set up for our bills that won't get paid at least for the next 2 weeks. Would love to meet Mr. MKB !

BIG question is ... how did they get my acct. no. and routing number to do ACH right from my acct ?? They had to have obtained it illegally. Bank will refund me after I fill out and sign a form. HAS ANYONE REPORTED THESE GUYS TO THE ATTY GENERAL OR FBI YET? I plan to as soon as this is resolved.

I just noticed a $0.01 withdrawal from my checking account from a company named MKB followed by the phone number 888.393.5223. When I called my bank to ask about potential fraud, they said that they were probably checking to see if I had funds in the account. I was referred to another department that will take care of blocking any further activity from them. When I looked up the number on the internet, I came across the comments below. I had not spoken to anyone from that company by phone.

DO NOT LET YOUR GUARD DOWN. JANUARY 18 2019, THEY GOT IN MY SONS CHECKING AND TOOK OUT $49.95. THE BANK SAID THEY TOOK IT OUT NOVEMBER 18 2018, DECEMBER 2018 AND NOW JANUARY 2019. HE HAD NO CLUE THE PRIOR MONTHS HAD BEEN TAKEN OUT UNTIL HE STOPPED AT HIS BANK 1/18/2019, I GUESS THE BANK THOUGHT IT WAS LEGIT FOR THOSE OTHER 2 MONTHS BEFORE 1/18/2019. MY SON CALLED THE NUMBER ON THE ACCOUNT AND IT WENT TO A REP. AT MY KLOUD BOX. SHE TRIED TO SAY HE SIGNED UP FOR A FREE TRIAL WHICH HE DID NOT, HE'S OLD ENOUGH TO KNOW BETTER, MARRIED WITH 2 CHILDREN, AND WOULD NEVER SIGN UP FOR NO KIND OF STORAGE ONLINE, HE ISN'T STUPID LIKE THAT COMPANY THINKS. THEY WOULDN'T TELL HIM ANYTHING, HOW THEY GOT HIS CHECKING ACCOUNT NUMBER, NOTHING. 3 WITHDRAWS OF $49.95 EACH. ONE WAY OR ANOTHER, THEY ARE GOING TO PAY IT BACK IF HE HAS TO GET A LAWYER OVER THEIR SHADY A$$ SCAMS, BLOOD SUCKING LEECHES SHOULD BE ASHAMED, BUT YOU KNOW OF COURSE THEY AREN'T, WISH I COULD SAY THE WORDS I REALLY WANT TO SAY, BUT I'LL HOLD THEM BACK, FOR NOW.

Just to reinforce everyone else that has written about this company. This company is a scam. I checked my bank account and found out they did the exact same thing to me. I called my bank and put a stop on the automatic withdrawal that they were taking out of my account each month. THE COMPANY IS A SCAM! SCAM ! SCAM ! SCAM ! SCAM ! ALERT!

UPDATE - Money was returned by Wells Fargo. My Kloud Box promised an email which was never received. Don't try to talk to these people; it will do no good. They will play you like a fiddle!
