Same here. Calling other people in my family. Scam.

Same old crap. Some guy whom I couldn't understand because his mouth was stuffed with food, left a voicemail about a supposed complaint against me. That's the pot calling the kettle black. Sounded overweight and stupid. No missed call.... Just got a voicemail out of the blue - same guy & same voicemail.

They left a message with my son who no longer lives at home. I spoke to a man named Greg. He was super nasty & demanding I pay immediately even suggesting I withdraw money from my 401. I told him I couldn’t. Then he said to ask my son. I told him my son moved out & has his own bills and student loan debt. They also threatened to serve me speed at work. Then I was told they can see transactions in my checking account. Is that even possible?

Called threatening to sue over an account I've never had in a town I've never lived in. Almost certainly a scam.

Called me. AND left a text to my aunt! Scam i knew it from the start.

This guy text me first and I called the number and he talked to me in a threatening voice and scared the hell out of me, telling me I will be served papers in regards to a credit card I never had.

Not only text my line about an open investigation in my maiden name but called my daughter in law looking for me about paperwork I didn't finalize and fill out correctly.

saying they are going to serve papers under my maiden name I have not been in 10 years!!

using multiple numbers, despite report please prosecute!

Foreigner lying to try and scare you into giving them money.
