They called me and said I had a $7000 Nordstrom credit card debt that they wanted to collect. I have no debt. Then they wanted my Social Security number.
They can TRY all they want!!! DON'T answer any calls you're not familiar with and get a phone that blocks endless numbers because they use endless numbers!
They call incessantly and will not leave a message. I blocked them. They always call at the worst possible times!
Ongoing start up scamming calls from this successfully sued company. Midland Credit etal. My number formerly belonged to someone else and continue to get the same calls doesn't matter how long I've had this number now and how many times I've told them I'm am not the person they keep calling about. Disgusting. However I did start logging in when they call. I'm a couple more calls away from getting a lawyer for harassment after I send a certified letter as mentioned by some one else in another post!!!
I got one that said it was the IRS, and they were filing a lawsuit against me. I know better than that, as the IRS never calls people. I am a tax preparer, and know how the IRS operates. This is a scam, so don't be fooled by it.

Claims to be from a roofing team. Somehow knows real name and city. I keep getting texts like this from different numbers, they stop responding when I ask how they have my number.
