How can we make these calls stop asap please? It takes too long to wait on hold with Shaw and emailing has not worked.Thanks

This number has been calling me every day for about 3 weeks. I have answered twice to tell them to stop calling but when I answer they hang up. Please take me off this list... this is a cell phone, it is not listed.

If this is Shaw this might result in me changing my cable and internet to Telus because I was put on their do not call list.

I just got a call from this number.I've been getting calls from this number for a while. I added it to my Nuisance2 contact (I had to create a second Nuisance contact, I can only put 5 numbers per contact on my phone.)

Hi guys, If you are having this problem. I have the solution for you. This call is coming from their automated call back system. Chances are that you tried to call them and couldnt get through to them in the past year or 2. The Call back system for shaw is really bugged it seems and will occasionally start calling people back automatically every day, Forever...The only way to solve this is to contact Shaw technical support and tell them about it. They will Review their callback and then remove your number from the service. Your welcome :-)

Hi Rachel, Sorry, but your cell phone number is listed, and for a cost your cellular provider is legally obliged to give it to whoever asks. Good luck with the spam calls everyone.

It really is ironic.When I call Shaw for a technical problem and ask for the callback option, it takes them hours to call me back. And yet these asshats at this 888 number call me with such regularity.A note to Shaw. Maybe you should transfer some headcount from Telemarking to Technical support?

Doesn't say Shaw on the Call Display. Shaw's number is 604-629-8888 also without Shaw on the Call display. If they want to provide information or brag about their slow internet service and crappy TV they know my email. I am with the Do Not Call Registry and do not take calls from telemarketers which is why I am on the service and I'm sure that is why they don't put "Shaw" on the call display nobody would answer. I don't answer anyone without a name on the call display anyway so they just get an answer and quick hang up one second later. Thanks to this service I now know who they are

Man, you sound just like my wife and I who get repeated calls from belligerant Shaw jerks interupting my dinner to flog product and tell me how great their service and product is. If fact, the customer is the one who decides that and I absolutely do not agree with them. And the harrasing calls, in my opinion, are from people who are incompetent. Their way of dealing with me when I asked to speak to a supervisor was to hang up of me. I guess the good news was that I wasn't talking to Shaw anymore!And trying to get to the bottom of this issue and put a stop to these harrasing phone calls has been like finding a needle in a haystack. And through the process I heard from several young ladies who told me how much Shaw values its customers. BULL!!! And I wrote a letter to Shaw's sales manager in Vancouver describing the sutuation. Again no response. THEY DON"T CARE!!!!!!SHAME ON SHAW!
