It is defiantly a scam. I have a debt with Entrust Energy. That same number called to collect the debt. Luckily I didn't have the money pay them so they didn't get to scam me. So yesterday that number called and sense I had it in my contacts I didn't answer. So out of curiosity I called it back and the recording is for helping you get out of debt... I see now that companies don't always send your info to reportable debt collectors. In fact I bet none of them are reportable. If you have a debt DO NOT pay the debt collector!
