My subscription to Sirius is up also, and I intend to renew it. So, why don't they just leave a message that it's time for me to renew? They call 3 times a day, and just hang up. What a bunch of idiots. If my wife didn't like the radio without commercials, I'd discontinue just because they're being such jerks.
a little heads up here -- if you are registered with Sirius, they will automatically renew your subscription without your authorization. I asked them *3* times to desist, but they went ahead and charged my card anyway. The damnable thing is there is no way to remove your billing information from their site....even tho the card was expired, they were still able to process the charge. A little busy now, but when I get a moment, these [***] are in my sights.
What is their problem! They just keep calling but no one ever answers the phone. I will never use this service again!!!!!!!!!! I hate Sirius.This has been going on for 2 months!!!
Nice to have found this info via google. My cell phone has been blown up with calls from this number over the last few days, and like everyone else, they don't leave a message. Just shoot me an email and give the message!!!Oh well, I only keep it to listen to Howard Stern, so a few more years and I'll be done with them.
i can't believe how many times they call!!!! They were calling for over two weeks, most of the time they hang up when you answer (i'm guessing they are used to people not answering).HORRIBLE tactic by Sirius. We changed banks 6 months ago, they were calling to tell me the payment failed on my 1-year renewal of service. Nice to know they renew without asking/telling you.Sirius, its 2012, send a damn email...
For you idiots that don't bother reading before you sign up/pay for stuff, that's what you get.It CLEARLY states that it's an automatic renewal, and that's why they are calling you.
I have 22 missed calls from them in 9 days, and they only call during working hours and NOT ONE FREAKIN MESSAGE!!!!!!I do have Sirius/XM and my card had expired. I only know this because I got something in the mail yesterday. Because of the calls with no messages, I'm not going to renew my subscription.
