Suddenlink just calling to confirm disconnection of services that I requested.

Suddenlink saying they are upgrading and I need to restart my router after midnight

Yeah, just an automated message from SuddenLink, with which I have internet service. They're doing upgrades and just letting customers know what to do if they experience connection problems during the process.

Suddenlink confirming installation tomorrow

Wed. Oct 9th at midnight, services may be interupted for an upgrade, but restored by 6 am.

Not suddenlink. They asked to speak to my clinic manager. When I said manager not available they asked for manager's name and address so they can call back. I refused to provide this information and they hung up.

They've called at least 8 times in the past 2 weeks, always looking for a medical director or clinic manager. I've explained over and over that we're not a clinic or doctor's office, and asked to be put on the do not call list but they continue calling. They just called again and I explained that we don't have a medical director, that this isn't a doctor's office and please put us on the do not call list. She hung up.

This is a customer service of Suddenlink. Since I asked them something at an online form, it is valid. (Actually, I asked email response though)

Received a call, Did not answer. Suddenlink is not working around my area and have not lost service. Probably spoofed.
