Sounded like a process server for a service call or other document. They want you to call their firm at the 888 number. If this was an actual law firm, they just violated the state code of civil procedure and if there was a case it wasn't served correctly. I'm a private attorney outside the United States.

Annoying people, bunch of Laziest, want to still more information from me. Law enforcement never going to called you pr me, this is SPAM SPAM SPAM. Don't answer them.

Just happened today same thing. Tried to pretend like they had a case and demand information or they will pursue charges.

This is a pesky scammer. Seems like every month they come up with new dialog to scam people with. No matter what don't call them back. Then you will have validated yourself and they can link new info they can dig on you resulting to more troubles.

I just got this too saying they were looking to subpoena my sister in law and then when I called it back they were very rude.

hangs up I've told whomever calls we are on the do not call list.

I received a voicemail and calls to all of my immediate family using a bunch of big words making it sound like a subpoena when it was just a scam. I called the number back and they were rude and demanded additional information from me.
