This number has called me for the past two weeks and I finally decided to answer, it was a woman with no name because she would not give me one, telling me I have a negative balance with Paypal of 170.05 and she needs to collect it. I told her that I don;t have a balance with Paypal. She proceeded to tell me that i needed to pay this debt. I told he that unless she provide me something in writing that I was not paying anything to anyone. She said that she could do that, then she encourage me to check my Paypal account. which i did the and it showed a zero balance. I told her that it was zero. She that i was still responsible for the negative balance of 170.05. I told her to go to hell, why would i pay a balance of 170.05, when my account states a zero balance. I told her to remove my name from there calling list.
If it's Paypal (and it probably is) why not leave a voice mail, telling me what's up? I would then call them back. This way is a pain. I get so many garbage calls, I ignore them, till I can look them up and block them.Not good marketing, PP.
Got the call but didn't answer. I checked my Paypal account as mentioned here and there are no alerts or balance issues. This is most likely a scam.
Don't know if it is PayPal or not, don't care, you gonna call me and can't/won't leave a message... your number will be blocked.
The number is a Paypal number....but it's being spoofed by a scammer .....if you have a Paypal account,Paypal will reach you with your e-mail address...the scammers called my wife on a number that isn't even on Paypal records. I closed my Paypal account and got an e-mail from Paypal saying my account was closed...not a phone call.
Pay Pal says I owe them $265 for a charge back from a guy who's just trying to steal what I sent him. I provided Paypal with proof of delivery and email from the guy. So I provide proof I sent it and it was delivered sign for by agent and pay pal still side with the buyer. Hey great In all my years as a paypal customer I've sold 2 things but have bought thousands of dollars worth of stuff over the years which they get a % of so who's the big looser here. Not me they will never get the money they say I allegedly owe and now they will never get that 3% fee they charge when I buy stuff .Good by paypal [***]
I got this call on my cell phone and I have never used paypal. I did not answer and they left no msg.

I live in Michigan, got a call and text from this number saying to shelter in place. Said there is an active incident and don’t answer doors unless it’s law enforcement officer. Said we’d receive another message when issue resolved.
left voice mail with 2 phone numbers on was 240-374-4607 and the other 877 (garbled)

From the QUITLINE - can be any state - PA for me - I followed their program to quit smoking and this was a follow up survey - NOT SPAM - The service was helpful and the survey harmless.
Got 2 calls from this number stating that it is a colect call from an inmate. We don' t know anyone who is an inmate anywhere.

This number keeps calling me. The message they leave is like a clicking sound. No one speaks. Very odd. I’m blocking this number

My calls were being forwarded to this number and I have no idea how it happened.
They hung up. In the last ten days I've had unauthorized credit card charges and an identity theft related to a Medicare fraud case. I suspect this is related.

Medicredit I believe possibly is scam/fraud calls involving medical insurance, medicare. Courts WILL decide !!
