Has called us multiple times during the summer. We switched years ago and they now won't leave us alone.
no because they dial with a automated dialer its a computer system so just picking it up and putting it back down will not work at all, it just places you back in the list and a call comes again in a few hours , if you just wait a few seconds someone will pick up and you can ask to be put on the do not call list .
whoever told you that was obviously an idiot , bell has lots of different 3rd parties companies doing outbound calls for them , places like Minacs and Sykes etc .
