offering lower rates for health insurance. I get my health insurance through NYS as I am without income. The caller identified as Kevin Jones and as it went to my answering machine requested I call back. The caller ID for the call said Bradenton Florida (941) 254-8052 but they requested I call back the 895 number. Is this a legit company?

Won’t give up I never answer but they keep dialing it up. Irritating, say it’s debt collection and city says Dallas.
