This number belongs to PRA Group Canada. They have from time to time worked with other collection agencies, such as CBV Collection Services, CBCC (Credit Bureau of Canada Collections).

Called three times before I answered. Its CBV collections. Told them they had the wrong number but they didn't believe me. So I blocked them.

Called and asked me to return call about a musical instrument that must be returned immediately. Got my name wrong as well. Scammers.
