this number is fpr card services. It is a scam operation that has been fined a few times now by the FCC for spoofing numbers and calling off the do not call list.

These people call me at home, on my cell -- and now at work. I am on do not call lists and very careful about who I "share" information with. I've tried to stay on and talk to a person, but all I get is a recording.

Called me and a recorded message told me that they could lower my credit card intrest rates. So i listen to the messeage and it told me to press 1 to talk to a rep. When the rep came on the line i told them to take me off their calling list and he said ok and hung up. We'll see if that works

I was able to get a little more information for this fella. While his phone number is based out of California, I was able to trace his IP address of 65.24.5.194 to Delaware Ohio on network-065-024-005-194.columbus.rr.com. He has placed 644 calls today alone. I am hoping to get more information to bring down this prick, but at this point, he is using a VOIP system to disguise his actual phone number and location.

Received a telephone call from this number today. The pre-recorded call from Ann at Accounts Services offered a lower interest rate for our credit cards. Though we have received at least six of these calls over the past few weeks, the pre-recorded phone call states this is our LAST CHANCE to get the lower rates, as the government is about to change it so the rates are unavailable. I pressed 1 to get a representative.I spoke with Paul, who was so busy reading his script, I could hardly get him to stop. I kept asking what company he represented. Finally he stopped reading and told me he'd already told me twice. So I asked him again, which company he was representing. He said Account Services. I asked, "With which company." At that point he became so rude, I hung up on him, and immediately reported the company and its phone number along with Paul to the No Call List.I am so tired or receiving these unsolicited phone calls. I do not think the no call list people are listening sometimes. These phone calls are clearly harassment.
