I have received numerous calls from this number and others offering a lower interest rate on my card- when you ask them who they are with they say mastercard and visa. I commented that my card issued thru a bank so which bank or they thru and they just say mastercard and visa. I have asked numerous time for them to put me their do not call list but to no avail.

I just filed a complaint with the National Do Not Call Registry stating that exact thing. Why am I receiving calls like this when my cell phone number is in the registry NOT to be called? I suggest that you do the same. The more complaints they receive from us getting these calls, maybe someone will actually make this company STOP! Good luck.

I received a call from this number this AM on my cell phone. I figured it was a scam/sales rep., so I answered it to be put on their "DO NOT CALL" list. I was on hold for 5 minutes before I just hung up. It was a "LOWER YOUR CREDIT CARD INTEREST" call. Funny how they never call my house phone...probably because I have Privacy Director on that line. Why can't the money used to pay these fools be used to feed the hungry?

Formal complaint with the National Do Not Call Registry. Google it. This MUST stop!

I wouldnt do that because many times the numbers have been stolen. kind of like spam with emails who get ahold of your friends emails:/ This number just called us and thanks for letting us know its disconnected :)

Call on cell. They ignore do-not-call and it's not worth trying to report them - they ignore the FCC anyway and if they do get fined they simply go out of business and start anew under another name. Fortunately I can set up my sell to go silent when annoying calls come in

Caller says they are trying to lower my interest rate on credit cards, it always come to my cell phone from the same number listed above. When you press one and ask who they are they and indicate your are not calling to lower your interest rate they cut you off.

Don't waste time with any government office; they send form letter telling you they will put you on list if suit is ever filed. Took me a year for a reply from PACTEL that they had canceled a number belonging to a lady in Panama City,Panama. Notifying AG's in California, Florida, and especially Texas is just a waste of time.These people are already breaking the law by making computer calls. Best to not answer any area code you do not recognize unless a name comes up you know. You can bet the Texas AG would do something if these calls bothered RICK P.

I just got the same phone call from "cardmember services", pressed 1 to talk to a live person. Told her my number was on the Do Not Call List, and she told me there was no such thing!! I proceededto the Call List website and filed a complaint.
