justin ryan gooden alias JR is a con artist at one time laying claim to this property 8746 Stockton Hill Rd #69, Kingman, AZ, which turns out he never own, now the proper owners are aware of it then claims to own a place eon Northern in Kingman, which does not, has a record of assault, and conning elderly. his lates place laying claim to is a mobile home, severely behind in taxes, over 3 4 years of back taxes, on 8125 N Rastro De Charcas/a run down mobile home and lot, apparently burnt down, claims he was out of town and his so called girl friend Claudette in Europe, he apparently works for Hilton, which is hard to believe he even has a girlfriend of these standards, since he is a crack head criminal. HE IS PREYING ON PEOLE USING THE ELDERLY AND IS A CRIMINAL
