When I answer it's a British woman saying "This is not a solicitation call" (as mentioned above before). Then it connects me to someone else who seems just as confused as I am to be on the phone, then they hang up. Sometimes they call and ask for Latisha Thomas (who I am not).I called back and it was World Financial Bank. I talked to Lydia and she "took me off" their list. We'll see.

calls & leaves no message. I, too, am on Do Not Call list. I've had my number for 22 years, so it cannot be for someone else.

Ah, this must be Victoria's Secret Credit Card company.... World Financial National something or other. It might also be the bill collector for other companies too.

They call me every day. Even on weekends and I am so sick of it.!!!!!!!

You are right, the number does connect to the World Finacial National Bank. I keep getting calls from them too, but I never pick up the phone because I do not pick up area codes I do not know. I did try to call back just to see who it maybe and it is who you say. I am not sure why they are calling. Nothing of mine is past due or anything like that either. I am assuming it is a solisiting agency as well. Plus, I am also on the NO Call Registry so it is probably a scammer or something of that nature.

I have reported them too. Hopefully they will be investigated.
