Yes it is. I just looked it up too. They do own a lot of credit cards for other companies, like Victoria Secret.
Whenever I don't answer calls from 602-274-9911 (a bogus law office who keeps calling for someone I've never heard of), the phone rings again and it's from this 913 number. Sheer harrassment. I plan to simply ignore it. Look at it this way: if these people had a clue, they would be able to get a real job. If they had one ounce of smarts, they would just go out and get a life, not sit around placing bogus phone calls all day. Karma will get them.
This company calls me at my company at least 4 times per day and hangs up as soon as i answer. finally i started call return to find out who it was. This is a place of business and no one working with us has any affiliation with this company. This is ridiculous! I can't work for these people calling.

Called three times and left no message. The third time the name that came up on my phone was Authors Club president. I answered and the caller then said they were collecting on a debt, claimed they were recording the call. Scam.
