This is a scam. the person pretends to be someone they are not, representing a company they do not work for... they request goods, sometimes ask for terms (which you'll never get paid on) or give you a credit card (that you'll get a charge back for in 2 months), but by the time you realize something's wrong... the product is already in Africa or wherever it went, you'll realize the shipping address is a dead end, and if you call the police you'll get no further than them taking the report down for you. DO NOT GIVE THIS PERSON ANYTHING!
