I had two msg on answering machine, and one call after I got home. Msg said call 1 866 230 7761 to block future calls. It is a legitimate "GTL" company for inmates to call family. Sorry "Lonnie Wagner", I don't know you. Wrong Number. I called GTL 866 and had ALL calls from inmates blocked.
Received 2 call on my cell phone @ 11: 39am & 1:09pm (unable to answered) was busy. Unsure but Do not know anyone in jail. Got a COLLECT call from this number (919-647-9755) - a recording said it was a collect call from 'someone MOON' (a man said his name but I didn't understand what heh said), then the recording said 'an inmate at' ........... and then the phone beeped 3 times and went dead
call from a correctional facility -- I was given the choice to accept the call or hang up . . . which I did.

You guys are morons! This is a correctional facility in the state of North Carolina. It is legitimate. More than likely its a wrong number that the inmate tried to call. Furthermore if an inmate is asking for your "credit card" info or "financial" information. Then yes that inmate is pulling an in "house scam" to launder money while they do their time. This doesn't mean the number is a scam. Its the individual that performs the act. Secondly, all correctional facilities and prisons record all numbers being dialed out and conversations as well. The fact that one or two people had the encounter of someone asking for a credit card after the fact that you accepted a collect call from a correctional facility. Is so naive and shows how many of you people are just complete idiotic. Sadly this list of complaints show how many of you are so easy to believe any conspiracy and yet this is the downfall of societies socialism.

Called three times and left no message. The third time the name that came up on my phone was Authors Club president. I answered and the caller then said they were collecting on a debt, claimed they were recording the call. Scam.
